Sooo…
Dem bellies full eh? Now what? Back to the grind right?
How to get back into the swing of things?
Here’s a hint: Image online music with so much goodness.
Okay you twisted my arm!
1 of a kind Non-stop remixes featuring Stevie Wonder, EW&F, The Brides of Funkenstein, Moss, Change, Loose Ends, Gwen Guthrie, Bobby Lyle, Slave, Fatback Band, GAP Band, Jazzanova, KC & The Sunshine Band, Art of Noise, Dubmatix, SNAP, Buju Banton , Black Uhuru, Emo, Moonrock, Soulstice, B.T. Express, Joey Youngman, MC Solaar, Ron Carter, War, A Tribe Called Quest, The Temptations, Con Funk Shun, Aretha Franklin, Funkdadelic, Levert, The Isley Brothers, Freddie Jackson, Diana Ross, Kim Hill, Dorothy Moore, Walt, Bobby Womack, Maze feat. Frankie Beverly, L.T.D., Barry White, Atlantic Starr, Midnight Star and quite a few others. And that’s only some of the latest music playing on WBPM NetRADIO. Some of the sets have a decidedly Old School feel to them. I guess that’s from going through my library of 12″ singles the other day. Ran up on a cut by Kwame & The New Beginning. I forgot I had that song! So I dropped it into “Set It Off” by Strafe, did something to “That’s the Way (I like It)” by KC & the Band. But you’ll have to listen to hear what it was that I did. The Slow Jam set is rocking too if I say so myself. Hearing Freddie Jackson again reminds me of the time I saw him performing in Eisenhower Pk out on Long Island years back. Crazy day. That’s all I’m saying.
But enough of that. You should be listening now. No telling what you’re missing if you’re not. Whatever is on I know it’s better than what’s on that other radio station. (Trust me. I know these things.)
Stay Sane,
DJ
