We’re going to get a little technical here for a second…
Some of listeners have been blocked when trying to visit the site and some have been blocked listening from certain locations.
Those who’ve been blocked from visiting the site are possibly being blocked by the firewalls that are designed to prevent the “baddies” who visit only to create havoc and make our lives miserable.
Many of them are located in other countries (as well as in the U.S.!!).
The firewalls will block visits from those networks through which they connect to the site.
Listeners connecting to the Mixcloud stream may not experience exactly the same issues.
Mixcloud handles their own firewalls etc.
This site is not hosted within Mixcloud’s infrastructure.
So, if you would like to view the many (many) posts here at WBPM NetRADIO or would like to stream the music from this site and you experience problems doing so, drop a DM to
dj@wbpmnetradio.com
provide your internet address (search “what’s my IP address” using your fave search engine) LEAVING OFF THE LAST NUMBER
(example: leave out the number where the “x‘s” are 123.456.789.xxx).
When we get that message we will review your request and likely allow your address through. I apologize for any hassle this causes. Unfortunately there are those who would rather screw things up than enjoy good music.
